As far as I know, this system has 2 transmitter sites.  The main user on this system is the Clearwater Police Department.  However, City of Clearwater Public works (waste, water, nursery, gas, etc.) as well as the lifeguards can also be heard.  The following are the 11 frequencies used.  It is important that you enter them into your Trunktracker in the exact order shown, and that frequency 1 (LCN 1) is entered into the first channel of a bank.  Also, your Trunktracker scanner must be capable of decoding EDACS systems, such as the Uniden 245XLT or the BC780XLT.
